Our handcrafted furniture is made exclusively for you when you place your order. The current lead time for production and delivery is approximately 16 weeks. However, some items may be available with shorter lead times. Please contact us directly to discuss specific requirements or expedited options.

All our cots have been tested in the UK and comply with rigorous British Safety Standards, including EN 71-3, Reach Annex XVII, and UK Fire & Safety Regulations. Our mattresses are manufactured in England to the highest quality standards without using fire-retardant chemicals such as arsenic, antimony or phosphorus.
As each of our pieces is handcrafted specifically for you, custom-made or bespoke products including cots, cribs, bedding, personalised gifts, and furniture are non-returnable and non-refundable. We recommend contacting our team before placing your order if you have any concerns about design, dimensions, or finishes. We’re happy to provide samples and detailed specifications to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Clean according to the instructions supplied with your piece, using only appropriate cleaning agents as some may damage the natural materials. Keep your furniture in consistent, stable conditions to minimise the effects of temperature and moisture changes. Avoid placing items near heat sources such as radiators or in direct sunlight. If you notice any damage, discontinue use immediately and contact our customer service team.
